Active Travel Audits
The aim of the Active travel audits study is to provide:
- Up-to-date information of existing active travel networks to include an account of infrastructure and facilities for walking and cycling within the settlement
- Information and map of potential active travel network of the settlement to include an account of recommended infrastructure and facilities needed within the settlement
- A proposal for investment in active travel infrastructure in each settlement, ranked into an action plan, to help guide potential future active travel investment.

The final reports are supported by the online databases created during the baseline stage including:
- ArcGIS Collector - Geographic Information System (GIS) recording mapped observations of active travel features from detailed site visits
- Google Photos - containing GPS tagged images supporting the initial and detailed audit stages
- CollabMap - containing geolocated stakeholder comments for active travel issues and usage in the study area
